Cajon workshops for schools are designed to adjust personal development and curriculum needs of primary and secondary school students. Educational workshops include music games, call & respond patterns, body percussion, improvisation exercises and other interactive learning tools.

Students learn basic cajon techniques, play world rhythms (Pop, Rock, Soca, Raggae, Disco …) and use different sounds, effects and small percussion.

Playing in a group encourages creativity, rhythmic coordination and improves manual and psychomotor skills. And it’s so much fun!

Maximum number of students at one workshop is around 50.

The workshop will be led by Jaka Strajnar, prof.
